An Act relative to cable television.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   The third paragraph of section 15 of chapter 166A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence:-

   Such rates shall provide for a 25% discount on basic cable service for persons 65 years of age or older.
