In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act limiting a cost of cellphone calls to users.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, no person, consumer or entity shall be charged or billed any amount for making a cellphone call to any 800 number.
