An Act further regulating cable television systems.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The first paragraph of section 15 of chapter 166A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:— The division shall prohibit advance billing by any cable television system.
