An Act relative to heating assistance

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 24 of chapter 23B of the General Law, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The commonwealth shall match the federal funding provided to the commonwealth for the heating emergency assistance retrofit task weatherization assistance program over a period of 5 years in 20 per cent annual increments.
