 An Act relative to alternative fuel for school busses.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Subject to appropriations, the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and Energy shall be directed to establish a grant fund to assist municipalities that wish to convert their current school bus fleet to busses using bio-diesel and/or purchase hybrid busses.
