An Act relative to community antenna television systems.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 166A of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 5 the following section:— Section 5A. Any licensee that offers a discount in any city or town shall offer the same discount in all cities and towns where he is licensed.
