 An Act further regulating enhanced 911 services.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Subsection (b) of section 18B of chapter 6A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence:— Said standards shall provide for the training of persons staffing a public safety answering point and for periodic testing’s of the competency of such persons, paid for in part by an annual licensing fee.
