An Act Requiring Gasoline be Sold or Advertised in Whole Cent Increments .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Section 295D of chapter 94 is hereby amended by inserting at the end the following section:- 

            Such per gallon price shall be in whole cent increments.
