An Act relative to school bus safety.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.    Section 14 of chapter 90 of  the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting after the word “deactivated” in lines 25 and 26, the following words:-  and the school bus resumes motion or until signaled by the school bus operator.
