An Act making an appropriation for the fiscal year 2008 to provide for funding of the Brookwood Barn and House.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended in by inserting after item 2800-0401 the following item:

2800-0402  For a program to provide to rebuild, restore and repair the historic Brookwood barn and house in the towns of Milton and Canton, which is at the base of the Blue Hills Reservation and are on the state and National register of Historic Places……………………………………………………………………………$500,000.

        General Fund        100%.

SECTION  2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
