In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 Resolve establishing a great places in Massachusetts commission.

 

    Resolved,

 

That a special commission, to consist of  three  members of the Senate , two  of whom shall be appointed by the Senate President, one of whom shall be appointed by the Senate Minority Leader,  three  members of the House of Representatives,  two  of whom shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives,  one  of whom shall be appointed by the House Minority Leader, three  of whom shall be appointed by the Governor,   including one  representative of the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism,  three  representative s  of the Regional Tourist Councils,  and three  representative s  of the Massachusetts Cultural Council,  is hereby established for the purpose of making an investigation to identify, catalogue, evaluate and designate  one thousand  great places  in  the Commonwealth  of Massachusetts.
