An Act requiring cities and towns be prohibited from adopting rules and regulations banning the use of motorcycles on public ways.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 10 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004

Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:—

            No city or town shall adopt an ordinance, by-law or rule or regulation banning the

use of motorcycles on any public way.
