In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act further regulating the wearing of helmets for passengers and operators of motorcycles.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 7 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “person”, in lines 141 and

145, in each instance, the following:— under the age of 21.
