Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Port Authority, created under chapter 465 of the acts of 1956, shall provide notice of information, if any, that will be collected to identify a vehicle entering parking facilities at Logan airport to the person parking the vehicle.
