Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 20A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “section fourteen of chapter 30A” in lines 111, 112, 151, 152 and 170 and inserting in place thereof the following:- section 20A1/4
SECTION 2. Said chapter 90 is hereby further amended by inserting after section 20A the following section:-
Section 20A1/4. Proceedings for judicial review of a decision made by a parking clerk or his designee shall be the same as those provided by section 14 of chapter 30A except that the fee for said review shall not exceed $5 and the applicant shall be compensated the sum of $350 by the city or town if the court reverses the decision.
