An Act relative to changes of rates and scheduling changes by commuter boats.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Any commuter boat that receives a subsidy must hold a public hearing before any changes are made in scheduling and or rates.
