An Act relative to the information printed on driver's licenses in the Commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 122 by adding after the word “identification” the following words:—“; the name and address of his next of kin or health care proxy,”
