An Act authorizing the use of regional fuel depots by cities and towns.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The Massachusetts Highway Department is hereby authorized and directed to allow cities and town to utilize regional fuel depots for municipal fleet use.
