An Act authorizing the Registry of Motor Vehicles to issue Gold Star registration plates to families of certain deceased veterans.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition , is hereby amended by inserting after the word “action” in line 425 the following words:-or who dies as a result of a service connected injury.
