An Act relative to minimum age requirement for obtaining identification cards.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   First line, of section 8E of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out “16 years of age or older” in line 1 and inserting in place thereof “14 years of age or older”.
