In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act regarding special designation relative to the Sagamore Bridge.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Highway Department shall install and maintain a suitable plaque or similar marker bearing recognition of Mr. Anthony Spinelli and his contribution and role in the completion of the redesign and access approach to the Sagamore Bridge in Bourne.
