    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. In paragraph 5 of section 26 of Chapter 90B of the General Laws Official 2002 Edition, insert after the word “on” in line 1 the following:
