An Act relative to motorcycle safety.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 126 of the Acts of 2004, shall be amended by striking out the word “$2” in line 1 and inserting in place thereof the following words:

“20%”
