 An Act relative to motor vehicle appeals and hearings.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

                Section 1.  Section 28 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “ruling and decision” in line 1, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- discretionary ruling or discretionary decision.
