An Act to amend the current list of agencies, charities, causes or nonprofits that may be considered for a distinctive registration plate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2F of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following after Section 2F(c): “The Massachusetts Cultural Council, for the purpose of assisting in their efforts to promote excellence, access, education and diversity in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences, in order to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents and contribute to the economic vitality of our communities.”
