In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to travel on state highway Route 3.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, on that portion of state highway route 3 south of the city of Boston, it shall be permissible to travel in the south bound breakdown lane between the hours of 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and in the north bound breakdown lane between the hours of 5 a.m. and 11 a.m.
