An Act allowing increased use ofthe breakdown lane on route 3.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the highway department shall allow use of the breakdown lanes north and south on Route 3 between Routes 18 and 139 on Sunday afternoons during the same hours that this use is currently allowed on weekdays.
