In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act exempting certain massachusetts veterans from toll charges.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (b) of section 10 of chapter 81A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “business”, in line 55, the following words:- “; provided that the authority shall not charge or collect a toll from Congressional Medal of Honor recipient residents and 100 percent disabled American veteran residents.”
