An Act relative to building a noise barrier in the city of New Bedford.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

  The department of highways is hereby authorized and directed to construct a noise barrier on the east side of Route 140 North from Exit 6 northbound merge to Exit 7 in the City of New Bedford.
