 An Act to mitigate noise pollution in the Metrowest Region

.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Chapter 246 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby amended by inserting the following section after Section 46:
SECTION 47. The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority is hereby authorized and directed to expend $5,000,000 for the purpose of erecting sound barriers along Interstate 90 in the following towns: the town of
Framingham; the town of Natick; the town of Wayland; the town of Hopkinton and the town of Southborough.
