In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the use of out of state driver's licenses as identification.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Section 34B of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “ninety”, in line 13, the following words:— or a valid photographic, non-duplicative motor vehicle license duly issued by any other state.
