In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to state purchasing power for private airports.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any privately owned, public use airport in the state shall be eligible to purchase airport safety, security and maintenance equipment from the state purchasing contracts/lists and shall be eligible to screen for and receive state surplus equipment and fixtures.
