An Act relative to the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission Capital Expenditure Program.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the Massachusetts Airport Commission (MAC) is hereby authorized to "roll-over" unspent Capital Expenditure Program dollars from year-to-year, consistent with the practice for other state transportation entities.
