An Act relative to the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission Operating Budget

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission (MAC) shall use aviation registration and AVGAS fuel tax revenues each year to fund its non-capital Operating Budget.
