 An Act relative to the MSPCA's use of red and blue flashing, rotating or oscillating lights.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 7E of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the sixth paragraph in classification (i) after the word “prescribe,” by adding the following words: - or by any police department whose officers are special police officers duly appointed by the colonel of the state police at the request of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or at the request of the Animal Rescue League of Boston and subject to such rules and regulations as the registrar may prescribe.
