In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act permitting the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to study the construction of a rail extension to the town of Millis.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special legislation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is hereby directed to study the construction of the extension of the existing Needham commuter rail line into the town of Millis, and the construction and maintenance of all necessary stations on said extension.
