An Act relative to the issuance of temporary inspection stickers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 7 A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph: “any Certified inspector, as defined in Chapter 90: Section 1, that rejects a vehicle due to mechanical failure of the inspections equipment, shall place a temporary inspection sticker provided by the Registry of Motor Vehicles.”
