An Act relative to the statute of limitations for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 38 of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in the second paragraph the word "two" wherever so appearing and inserting in place thereof the word "three".
