An Act banning the sale of tobacco products at Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority facilities.  .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection after subsection (r):

(s) Any concession or lease of property pursuant to subsection c(i) of section 5 must contain a prohibition on the sale of any and all tobacco products.
