 An Act requiring the installation of defibrillators on commuter rail trains.  .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following language at the end thereof: -

 

(s) The authority shall install defibrillators for use during medical emergencies aboard commuter rail trains.
