An Act relative to proof of identification for marriage.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 20 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “parties” in line 13, the following words:- to furnish a valid photographic identification, as issued by the registry of motor vehicles and .
