In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to tolls on the Tobin/Mystic River Bridge.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Port Authority shall charge or collect a toll for use of the Tobin Bridge/Mystic River Bridge by private passenger vehicles registered in the city of Revere and the town of Saugus in the same amount as it does for such vehicles registered in the city of Chelsea.
