 An Act relative to the renewal of motor vehicles operators licenses.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

          Section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the 13th  paragraph the following paragraph:–

               Any person who has attained the age of 70 years shall apply for his license renewal in person
