 An Act designating a certain street in the city of Boston as Reverend Paul A. Phinn Way.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. The state street running between Washington Street and the Enneking Parkway in the West Roxbury section of the city of Boston shall be designated and known as the Reverend Paul A. Phinn Way in honor of his years of service as pastor of Saint John Chrysostom Church.  The department of highway shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
