In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act To increase the safety of snow removing vehicles.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 80 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the section 6 the following section:---

SECTION 6A – All snow or ice removal vehicles with a plow must have a reflective device on each corner of the plow.
