In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act designating a certain bridge in Hyde Park as the Joseph M. Kearney bridge.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

The bridge extending the length of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad tracks and located on West Street in the Hyde Park section of the city of Boston shall be designated and known as the Joseph M. Kearney bridge. The department of public works shall erect a suitable marker bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
