An Act relative to the issuance of veterans' license plates. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after the first sentence in the seventh paragraph the following sentence:-
All individuals who meet the definition of veteran as specified in this section may, upon payment of the appropriate registration fee as required in section thirty-three, purchase distinctive “VETERAN” registration plates for one additional pleasure passenger vehicle which is owned and primarily used by said individual.
