In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act requiring the sale of charliecards.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts bay transportation authority shall make available, in each city or town in which it provides service, the ability to purchase or add value to Charliecards.
