Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7B of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “warning.” in line 53, the following sentence:- Each school bus shall be equipped with a gate attached to the front end of the bus, which, when the bus is stopped, extends out approximately 10 feet in length to prohibit students from crossing in the “blind zone” of the front of the bus.
