 An Act relative to red light penalties.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 9 of Chapter 89 of General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: -

 

“Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $300 but not less than $200 for each offense.”
